Vehicle Service Center Visualization System
Information visualization is the study of visual representations of abstract data to reinforce human cognition. The use of visualization to present information is not a new phenomenon. It has been used in maps, scientific drawings, and data plots for over a thousand years.

VSCVS helps vehicles service center management / customers to easily and quickly monitor vehicle status  since vehicle arrives at reception area till service is completed and vehicle delivered back to customer.

How it works?
  1. Process Flow shall be defined to identify different statuses vehicle should have during the whole process, for exampleL waiting for arrival, in reception, in service, etc...
  2. Role of each job should be defined including which vehicle a person of each job can see and actions he/she can apply on vehicles, for example, receptionist can see list of vehicles that have appointments today and can record vehicle arrival to change vehicle status from "waiting for arrival" to "waiting for reception"
  3. Each user shall be able to perform his authorized actions only at correct time based on user role in predefined process flow, for example, Service Adviser shall not be able to issue invoice until workshop leader confirm service is completed
  4. Customers Screen shall display current status of each vehicle, when action is applied on vehicle, status shall be updated automatically
  5. Service Center Screen shall display current vehicles on bays and remaining reservations
  6. All actions shall be logged including date, time, person and any registered notes
  7. Delayed action shall warn then alarm users with different color
